Operating System (OS)
Windows 8 upgrades the classic IE browser, and Windows 10 will bring a new web browser, Spartan. Spartan uses a new rendering engine and also includes a host of new features, including reading modes, creating temporary “read later” bookmarks, and integration with Cortana. However, because it has not yet been added to the preview version, the specific performance of Spartan is still unknown.

Performance
The performance improvement brought by Windows 8 is very obvious. Compared with Windows 7, the former feels faster in entering/exiting standby mode at boot speed or in general use. Unfortunately, Windows 10 doesn’t seem to offer the same dramatic improvements as Windows 8.
